Tencent's Guangzhou WeChat team is hiring an LLM algorithm engineer for dialogue features inside WeChat. The model drafts replies and tool calls. Product metrics and safety review both have a veto.
You will build post-training data from conversation logs that are approved for use, run preference optimization, and sit in the review when a reply style regresses. The role is on site in Zhujiang New Town.
