ByteDance Singapore is hiring an LLM algorithm engineer for a model that drafts and ranks content-understanding features used by TikTok. The work is post-training and task adaptation, close to product metrics.
You will build supervised and preference datasets from reviewer judgments, train the adaptation, and explain movement in online metrics to the product partner. The role is on site at the Singapore office.
